Great cow families excel at HHH show!

Winning group completely out of ALH results

At the Holland Holstein Show in Zwolle, the Netherlands, several descendants of great cow families imported by ALH entered the coloured shavings.

In the Intermediate Holstein Class HBC Sid Daydream 4 of Schep Holsteins in Bergambacht was a class winner and finally the Reserve Intermediate Champion. Daydream 4 is a Sid x Goldwyn out of the successful Snow-N-Denises Dellia family.

In the Red Holstein Junior classes Heerenbrink Dolly Olymp Rae, owned by the Steegink family in Okkenbroek, became 2nd in the oldest Junior class. This Ladys-Manor Olympian RC daughter out of a Jotan dam is backed by the famous Glenridge Citation Roxy.

Future Dream H. Alexandra, a Kanu P daughter from Wijnker family, Avenhorn, was the easy class winner of the 2nd intermediate Red Holstein class and was named Intermediate Champion Red Holstein. At the end of the day Alexandra was also honoured as Grand Champion Red Holstein! Alexandra is a granddaughter of KHW Goldwyn Aiko RC, a maternal sister of the phenomenal show cow KHW Regiment Apple-Red.

Alexandra her herdmate, Future Dream H. Rosie, a Jotan daughter from the former Holland Holstein Show Champion Zeedieker Advent Roseanna, conquered the Senior Champion Red Holstein title and was named Reserve Grand Champion Red Holstein. Just like Alexandra, Rosie is also tracing back to the legendary brood cow D-R-A August.

The success for the Wijnker family was completed by winning the Best 3 females Red Holstein competition, with their herdgroup including Alexandra, Rosie and Roseanna.
