Holstein Australia Cow of the Year 2024 directly from the Netherlands

Eclipse Damion G Princes IMP ET exported as embryo via ALH

This year’s winner of Holstein Australia Cow of the Year 2024 is ECLIPSE DAMION G PRINCESS IMP-ET and owned by Chris & Charmaine Bagot.

Princess IMP ET was purchased as an embryo by ALH in 2010 from Watermolen Holsteins, Martin de Groot, Tienhoven. These embryos were then exported and delivered to Richard Hull, Eclipse Genetics and she has become one of the most influential cows in Australia.

This year’s finalists certainly ticked all the boxes
Eclipse Damion G Princess IMP ET is an outstanding cow classified EX-90-2E. She is now an 11 Star Brood Cow, a figure that will only continue to rise as her progeny continue to breed so significantly. She is a prolific producer in terms of progeny via E.T – with 34 of her 37 direct progeny coming from carefully planned flushes.
Princess EX-90 should be one of the most prolific producers of progeny and lineage in Australia today – her impact currently extends through six (6) generations with a total of 1,782 female progeny. Of those progeny, 442 have been classified, with 18 Excellent, 218 VG and 203 GP (many of these at their first classification in the 3rd and 4th generations). Also the bulls Eclipse Perennial & Eclipse Royal Crush are out of Princess Imp ET family.
Congratulations to Chris & Charmaine Bagot, Binda Vista and Richard Hull.

Eclipse Damion G Princess IMP ET her sire is Erbacres Damion and her dam the well-known brood cow Watermolen Princes Goldwyn VG-89, the Goldwyn daughter of Windy Knoll View Outside Pledge EX-95. Watermolen Princes Goldwyn was also delivered as an embryo to Martin de Groot, Tienhoven by ALH.

Another successful purchase and breeding result of A.L.H. Genetics B.V..

ALH has embryos available world-wide with daily new female embryos added @ EMBRYOSALE.COM
